VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATOR (VCO)The CL 2200 Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) uses Gallium Arsenide field effect transistors and silicon hyperabrupt tuning varactors to provide high RF output power and outstanding tuning characteristics.
