Lab-Volt's Radar Training System allows hands-on radar training in the classroom or laboratory through the use of a unique, safe, fully-functional radar system. The lab-size, ultra-short-range, pulse-Doppler radar system allows more effective education in radar than was ever possible before, because students/personnel experiment with a real radar system to observe actual operation and learn concepts and principles.
The Basic Radar (LV 8096-10) is an entry-level package of hardware, courseware and accessories (target table, targets, interconnecting cables, etc.) designed to allow effective study of pulsed, Doppler and FMCW radar system.  An oscilloscope (not included) is required for A-Scope target display and for observing test point signals.


Several add-on sub-systems allow advanced training in PPI Displays, Radar Signal Processing, Radar Tracking, Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar Cross Section (RCS), Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) and Radar Phased Array Antennas. Topics like range-gate pull off, noise jamming, ECM, ECCM, stealth technology and reduced RCS are easily set up and demonstrated with the equipment, and correlated courseware provides step-by-step exercise procedures that guide students/personnel through the learning process.
